These terms explain shopping with NitrateCheck. The seller and contact details are set out below. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Products and ordering

Read the product description and choose the required colour and, for ECO 6, the device menu language before placing your order. The website language does not determine the languages installed on the device. Check your contact and delivery details and the order summary before confirming a paid order.

Prices and payment

Product prices include taxes as displayed. The delivery options, delivery charge, available payment methods and final total for your address are shown at checkout before payment. The 10% offer applies automatically to eligible ECO 6, Greennovo blender and Body-fit devices when your cart contains at least two eligible units. It also applies to two of the same model and cannot be combined with discount codes.

Dispatch and delivery

In-stock orders are handed to the courier within 5 working days of ordering. Delivery transit time is additional and depends on the destination and service. When replenishment is required, delivery takes up to 20 working days, depending on your location. See our shipping policy for the details.

Cancellations, returns and product problems

You can request cancellation before dispatch through your customer account or by email. EU consumers have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal after receipt and a legal guarantee of at least two years for faulty or non-conforming goods. National law may provide additional rights. Our returns and refund policy explains the procedure, deadlines, return address and costs. Your statutory rights do not require our prior approval.

Using your device

Follow the instructions supplied with the model. ECO 6 readings are indicative and do not replace laboratory analysis or prove food or water safety. Body composition readings are estimates for personal tracking, not medical diagnosis. These explanations do not limit your rights if a product is faulty or does not match its description.
