Before placing your order, check your product, colour and delivery details. For Greentest ECO 6, the available menu languages depend on the device version. Choose the device menu language from the options on the product page. If the language you need is not listed, email info@nitratecheck.com before ordering.

Delivery to your address

Ships from our EU warehouse within 48 hours (working days) of your order, with tracking. Delivery across the EU usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your country.

Free delivery on orders from €150 — this includes every Greentest ECO 6. Below €150, tracked EU delivery costs €9.90. The delivery option and final charge are always shown at checkout before you pay.

If an item sells out between restocks, delivery can take up to 20 working days. In that case we email you the expected dispatch date, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Pre-orders (currently Greentest V8) ship within up to 40 days of your order. We email you the dispatch date, and you can cancel for a full refund until it ships.

If you need your device by a particular date, contact us before ordering so you can check the delivery timing for your destination and chosen version.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Review the products, delivery charge and total amount before paying.

Cancel before dispatch

You can request cancellation before your order is dispatched in your customer account or by emailing info@nitratecheck.com. Include your order number. After dispatch, your statutory withdrawal rights remain available.
