Before placing your order, check your product, colour and delivery details. For Greentest ECO 6, the available menu languages depend on the device version. Choose the device menu language from the options on the product page. If the language you need is not listed, email info@nitratecheck.com before ordering.

Delivery to your address

In-stock orders are handed to the courier within 5 working days of ordering. This is the dispatch period; the journey to your address takes additional time and depends on your location and the delivery service.

The delivery options available for your address and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout before payment.

When replenishment is required, delivery takes up to 20 working days, depending on your location.

If you need your device by a particular date, contact us before ordering so you can check the delivery timing for your destination and chosen version.

Cancel before dispatch

You can request cancellation before your order is dispatched in your customer account or by emailing info@nitratecheck.com. Include your order number. After dispatch, your statutory withdrawal rights remain available.
