Changed your mind?

For online consumer purchases in the EU, you have 14 calendar days after receiving the goods to tell us you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. For goods in one order delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

Send a clear withdrawal statement to info@nitratecheck.com or to our address below. Include your name, the product and your order number if available. You can also submit an online return request in your customer account. Our prior approval is not required to exercise your statutory right. Send the goods back within 14 calendar days of telling us you are withdrawing.

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you pay the direct return shipping cost. We charge no restocking fee. Pack the goods securely. You may inspect them as you would in a shop; you are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

These return-cost rules do not reduce your rights for faulty or non-conforming goods. Where a statutory remedy applies, repair or replacement is free, including necessary shipping costs.

Refunds

After withdrawal, reimbursement is due within 14 calendar days of your notice. It includes the standard original delivery charge. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no extra cost. Any extra amount paid for a delivery service more expensive than standard delivery is not refundable.

Cancel before dispatch

You can request cancellation before your order is dispatched in your customer account or by emailing info@nitratecheck.com. Include your order number. After dispatch, your statutory withdrawal rights remain available.

If your product has a problem

EU consumer purchases have a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery for goods that are faulty or do not match the contract. Depending on the circumstances, your rights include a free repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund under the applicable legal conditions.

Email us with the model, a description of the problem and proof of purchase. Any additional manufacturer's commercial warranty does not reduce your statutory rights.
